Precautions before and during use of ultra-clear video microscope

2023-02-08

Video microscope, also known as optical microscope, also known as video detection system, adopts ergonomic design, has 30 times optical zoom, auto focus, adjustable working distance and controller, etc. Optical inspection tasks such as pcb circuit boards and electronic components bring efficiency to the daily work of operators.
Precautions before using ultra-clear video microscope:
(1) Place the microscope on a stable test bench, and the distance between the mirror base and the edge of the test bench is about one inch. The posture of the microscope examiner should be correct. Generally, the left eye is used for observation, and the right eye is convenient for drawing or recording. Both eyes must be opened at the same time to reduce fatigue. You can also practice observing with both eyes. The microscopic structure is shown on the right.
(2) The microscope is an optical precision instrument, and special care should be taken when using it. Before use, one must be familiar with the structure and performance of the microscope, and check whether the total parts are intact. Whether there is dust on the mirror body, whether the lens is clean, and do the necessary cleaning and adjustment work.
(3) When adjusting the light source to the light, avoid direct light source, because the direct light source will affect the clarity of the object image, damage the light source device and lens, and irritate the eyes. On sunny days, you can directly use the scattered light outside the window. If the sky is bright and dark, you can use 8-30W fluorescent lamps or microscope lamps for lighting.
Points to note in the application of ultra-clear video microscopes:
1. Manipulation procedures must be obeyed, and the operation must be strictly and conscientiously performed according to the requirements. When picking up and sending the microscope, you should hold the mirror arm with your right hand and the mirror base with your left hand, and handle it with care. Do not lift it obliquely with one hand, and swing it back and forth to prevent the eyepiece from slipping out and falling.
2. To protect the lens, wipe the dust or dirt on the eyepiece and objective lens, you must use special lens cleaning paper. Never rub with fingers, handkerchiefs, gauze and plain paper.
3. The switch of the objective lens must use a converter to avoid the lens from falling off and being damaged.
4. When turning the coarse and fine focus screw, do not use too much force to prevent damage to the mechanism and malfunction of the adjustment.
5. During the microscopic examination, the sitting posture is correct, the left eye is usually used to observe the object, and the right eye is used to look at the test report paper and draw pictures. Both eyes must be opened at the same time to reduce fatigue.
Fields of application of video microscopes:
1. Electronics, PCB, components, welding 2. Microstructure, precision structure 3. Non-contact size measurement
4. Documentation, digital image recording and archiving 5. Rework, repair, manual welding, assembly and lamination
6. Connectors, gold wires, terminal blocks, cables 7. Processing parts and assemblies 8. Metal welding detection
9. Vascular stents and balloons 10. Plastic products 11. Identification of pollen, insects, stones, etc.
