What is the operation process of industrial endoscope?

2023-01-04

During the operation of industrial endoscopes, certain procedures should be followed to avoid equipment damage or personal injury. Each brand and different products have their own different operation methods and usage regulations. So what is the specific operation process of conventional industrial endoscopes under normal circumstances? Let's take Anesok® 4.3 inch LCD Steering Endoscope Camera as an example:
4.3 inch LCD Steering Endoscope Camera
① Take out the instrument: Open the instrument box, take out the host, handle and cables. Please hold the probe well during removal to avoid collision. Follow the instructions to connect the cables to the main unit and the handle.

②Start-up preparation: Check whether all parts of the device are in good condition, confirm that the battery, U disk or SD memory card (some products do not need external storage) have been correctly installed, and press and hold the power button to turn on the device.

③Real-time observation: Extend the pipeline into the equipment or components, and control the movement direction of the front-end probe by operating the joystick.

④Brightness adjustment: Adjust the brightness of the light source to obtain a suitable illumination and make the picture clearest.

⑤ Detection operation: adjust the probe observation angle, movement mode and speed and other parameters according to the needs, observe the target in real time, or detect defects through comparative observation, etc., and take pictures and videos of the target, and can browse files, graffiti, share and other operations. Some measurement products need to use the three-dimensional measurement function, which requires specific measurement methods, such as point-to-point measurement, it is necessary to select two different points that meet the requirements of point selection for measurement. In addition, there are functions such as point-to-line, point-to-plane, multi-line segment, and area measurement, which should be operated according to actual requirements and relevant standards.
This step is different for different brands, different product models, and different functions, depending on the specific situation.

⑥Pipeline retraction: Electric control industrial endoscopes need to adjust the movement mode of the probe to the release mode, so that the probe is unlocked, automatically reset, and the pipeline is adjusted to a roughly straight state, and then retracted slowly. Mechanically controlled probes require manual adjustment of the probe to a straight position and retraction of the line. The main purpose is to reduce the resistance when the pipeline exits, and also to protect the lens from being scratched by foreign objects on the side wall.

⑦Store the instrument: turn off the power switch, remove the cables, organize and store all parts of the equipment into the instrument box, close the upper cover, and lock the lock.
